These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VPN services, applications, and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Taofu B.V., a company registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Your Account
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- Safeguarding your account password.
- All activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal.
C. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Reasonable prior notice will be provided.
D. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase.
If unsatisfied, request a full refund within 30 days by contacting contact@taoprivatenetwork.com.
Refunds are not available for recurring payments.
4. Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taofu B.V. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or stored personal information.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, excluding conflict of law provisions.
Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be announced via our website or email.
Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
